I’m influenced by everyday shapes and forms (organic and otherwise)
and giving them a whimsical twist of imagination.
My own interpretation with the use of color and texture is the fun stuff. I even embrace my oops and the occasional slip of the wrist.
To me, it adds movement and dimension and a visual interest
to my final piece.
Being up in the mountains is certainly inspiration enough.
Nature, they say, is good for the soul. And, “happy art” (as I often hear my work described)….is even better.
